COST AND PLANNING ENGINEER

Renardet is seeking to employ a Cost and Planning Engineer. The requirements of the position are as follows:

• Experience with min qualification of graduate engineer and with minimum 5 years of experience in cost / planning role of (Civil Works, MEP Works),
• preparation of monthly progress reports (Time & Cost), Interim Bar Chart Progress Report & statement of resources required to make up
  shortfall in the progress (Time & Cost) for every Progress Meeting.
• The candidate should be proficient in use of Primavera software, Microsoft project, spreadsheets etc.
• Able to analyses cost reports and schedule, detect issues, and effectively communicate the project’s performance,
  issues/concerns and recovery plans to the project team.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Must has a driver's license.
