LEAD MASTER PLANNER / URBAN PLANNER

Renardet is seeking to employ a Lead Master Planner / Urban Planner. The requirements of the position are as follows:

• Must have a Degree in Urban Architecture/ engineering or equivalent qualification;
• Minimum 10 years of real estate design experience in Master planning and Urban planning;
• At least 8 years in Middle East region in similar major RE/ Infrastructure Projects.

Design of Real Estate Services Contract

The Real Estate Consultancy Services Contract scope is to provide various Real Estate Services such as design consultancy for concept and detailed design including multidisciplinary design services i.e. Architectural, Civil & Structural, MEP, Fire & Life Safety, Infrastructure & Utilities, Landscaping & Irrigation etc., Project and Construction management services, Construction Supervision and  quality assurance & control, specialist HVAC Consultancy & Advisory Services and HVAC Inspection Services etc. on Call Off service requests basis and as & when sought by the Company to provide requested Call Off services to deliver the services as intended.
