JOB DESCRIPTION
Core Responsibilities:
1. Project Oversight: Assume ultimate accountability for the successful delivery of the entire Al Massarat water supply project. Ensure that the project is completed within the stipulated timeframe, budget constraints, and predefined quality benchmarks.
2. Stakeholder Coordination: Establish and maintain strong, effective relationships with all relevant stakeholders. This includes contractors, governmental bodies, and the project team members involved in the execution phase.
3. Plan Approval & Financials: Critically evaluate, approve, and continually optimize project plans, schedules, and budgets. Make adjustments as required to keep the project on track.
4. Performance Monitoring: Conduct frequent reviews of project KPIs, making course corrections as required, and employ data-driven methodologies for performance evaluations.
5. Technical Leadership: Offer high-level technical guidance to the engineering teams, involving advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution.
6. Regulatory Adherence: Ensure complete compliance with all applicable legal requirements, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
7. Office & Team Coordination: Foster seamless communication and coordination between the project site, the head office, and the supervision team. Facilitate regular updates, budget reviews, and risk assessments through structured meetings and reports.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
• Academic: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory. Additional qualifications like PMP or equivalent certifications will be highly advantageous.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 20 years in Civil Engineering, with a focus on water supply projects. The candidate must also have at least 10 years of experience in managerial roles related to water supply projects.

• Willingness to relocate as needed.
• Must hold a valid engineering license.
