Electrical Systems Supervision: Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems related to water supply infrastructure.
Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure all electrical installations meet industry and safety standards.
Consultation & Coordination: Collaborate with the Project Director, Resident Engineer, and other team members to ensure that the electrical systems are aligned with the overall project goals.
Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve electrical issues that may arise during the project life cycle, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and quality.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed electrical system documents, including designs, compliance checks, and operation manuals.
Team Coordination: Coordinate with the head office and the supervision team to ensure a unified approach to project execution.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
Academic: A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory. Advanced degrees or certifications would be advantageous.
Professional Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in Electrical Engineering with a specific focus on water supply projects. At least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role is required.
