Quality Planning: Develop and implement the Quality Assurance and Quality Control plan for the project, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Audits & Inspections: Conduct regular quality audits and inspections, coordinating with all engineering disciplines to ensure quality requirements are met.
Documentation: Maintain meticulous records related to quality checks, non-conformances, and corrective actions taken.
Consultation & Coordination: Collaborate with the Project Director, Resident Engineer, and other team members to integrate quality considerations into the broader project plan.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any quality-related issues, ensuring that corrective measures are implemented in a timely manner.
Team Coordination: Work closely with the head office and the supervision team to harmonize quality assurance activities with overall project execution.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
Academic: A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is essential, with additional certifications in Quality Management (e.g., CQA, CQE) being highly beneficial.
Professional Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in QA/QC roles, with a specific focus on water supply or similar infrastructure projects. At least 5 years should be in a leadership role.
Other Specifications:
Willingness to relocate as required for the project.
Must hold a valid engineering license or relevant quality certification.
