• Monitoring and control of the contracts, ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance is maintained and the Company's procedures and objectives are achieved.
• Implement the risk management process, review risk register and check risk controls
• Ensure a commercial plan and end of life forecast is in place and monitored monthly for the successful commercial delivery of the project
• Ensure correct commercial engagement of subcontractors
• Administering and managing contracts, as well as overseeing the process by which contracts are consolidated, created, and executed.
• Facilitates positive relationships between company, client and sub-contractors/ suppliers to achieve the project’s design and construction goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with a degree in Civil/Construction engineering or equivalent relevant degree; experience in the field.
• At least 10 years in Middle East region in similar major Real Estate (RE)/Infrastructure development Projects of value not less than 100 million Omani Rials and in similar team leader role in Project management
• Must have RIBA/ CIBSE/ RICS/ PMP or equivalent professional certification (preferred) Proficiency in English language (spoken and written).

Design of Real Estate Services Contract The Real Estate Consultancy Services Contract scope is to provide various Real Estate Services such as design consultancy for concept and detailed design including multidisciplinary design services i.e. Architectural, Civil & Structural, MEP, Fire & Life Safety, Infrastructure & Utilities, Landscaping & Irrigation etc., Project and Construction management services, Construction Supervision and quality assurance & control, specialist HVAC Consultancy & Advisory Services and HVAC Inspection Services etc. on Call Off service requests basis and as & when sought by the Company to provide requested Call Off services to deliver the services as intended.
