• Carries out the assigned design tasks in a diligent and effective manner, meeting deadlines and avoiding errors.
• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of demographic data, economic factors, environmental impact, and land use patterns to inform urban planning decisions.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that proposed development projects adhere to zoning regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Assess the impact of new development projects on transportation systems, public services, infrastructure, and environmental resources.
• Conduct community engagement and outreach programs to gather public input and incorporate community needs and preferences into urban planning decisions.
• Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to government officials, community stakeholders, and the public regarding urban planning initiatives and projects.
• Advocate for sustainable practices and policies, such as green infrastructure, renewable energy, and alternative transportation options, to promote environmental stewardship and resilience in urban areas.
• Collaborate with other departments and agencies, such as transportation, housing, and economic development, to ensure coordination and integration of urban planning initiatives.

• Minimum 10 years of real estate design experience in Master planning and Urban planning with degree in Urban Architecture/ engineering or equivalent qualification.
• At least 8 years in Middle East region in similar major RE/ Infrastructure Projects.
• Proficiency in English language (spoken and written).

The Real Estate Consultancy Services Contract scope is to provide various Real Estate Services such as design consultancy for concept and detailed design including multidisciplinary design services i.e. Architectural, Civil & Structural, MEP, Fire & Life Safety, Infrastructure & Utilities, Landscaping & Irrigation etc., Project and Construction management services, Construction Supervision and  quality assurance & control, specialist HVAC Consultancy & Advisory Services and HVAC Inspection Services etc. on Call Off service requests basis and as & when sought by the Company to provide requested Call Off services to deliver the services as intended.
