• Having minimum 10 years of real estate design and material experience with a degree in Electrical engineering
• Must have specialist knowledge and experience in Electrical systems both internal and external electrical infrastructure i.e. substations etc.; ELV systems, Control & Automation, Telecom network, Security systems, BMS etc.
• At least 8 years in Middle East region in similar major RE/ Infrastructure Projects
• Certification from electrical authorities preferred
• Proficiency in English language (spoken and written).

Design of Real Estate Services Contract

The Real Estate Consultancy Services Contract scope is to provide various Real Estate Services such as design consultancy for concept and detailed design including multidisciplinary design services i.e. Architectural, Civil & Structural, MEP, Fire & Life Safety, Infrastructure & Utilities, Landscaping & Irrigation etc., Project and Construction management services, Construction Supervision and  quality assurance & control, specialist HVAC Consultancy & Advisory Services and HVAC Inspection Services etc. on Call Off service requests basis and as & when sought by the Company to provide requested Call Off services to deliver the services as intended.
