• Responsible for the conceptual design, energy calculations and planning for air systems of commercial buildings.
• Familiarity with HVAC controls, B.M.S concepts and their application in HVAC design

• Analyze HVAC systems and equipment when necessary to find inefficiencies or malfunctions and create solutions to optimize performance and increase the efficiency of operation
• Coordinating and communicating with other disciplines, as a mechanical focal point. Defines, develops and monitors departmental strategies, priorities and schemes of work on regular basis.

• Prepares the program of each project and ensures that the deadlines are met. Monitors any critical aspect of the projects in order to provide a recommendation for top management action when required.
• Coordinates with the Supervision Head of Departments for all design modifications and/or additional designs

Requirements:

• Having minimum 10 years of real estate design and material experience with a degree in Mechanical/ Building Services/ HVAC engineering.
• Having a specialist knowledge and experience in HVAC and Air-conditioning systems and other building services 
• At least 8 years in Middle East region in similar major RE/ Infrastructure Projects
• Proficiency in English language (spoken and written).

The Real Estate Consultancy Services Contract scope is to provide various Real Estate Services such as design consultancy for concept and detailed design including multidisciplinary design services i.e. Architectural, Civil & Structural, MEP, Fire & Life Safety, Infrastructure & Utilities, Landscaping & Irrigation etc., Project and Construction management services, Construction Supervision and  quality assurance & control, specialist HVAC Consultancy & Advisory Services and HVAC Inspection Services etc. on Call Off service requests basis and as & when sought by the Company to provide requested Call Off services to deliver the services as intended.
