• Planning roadway construction and improvement projects.
• Determines the exact route the road will take, how many lanes are needed, how this road interfaces with other roads, and how the flow of traffic will be maintained.
• Road design schemes and maintaining the road network, including structures such as bridges
• Preparing designs in accordance with design standards using roadway design software

Requirements:

• Having minimum 10 years of real estate design and material experience with a degree in Civil/ Infrastructure engineering.
• Having a specialist knowledge and experience in Roads, Highways design, specifications, advisory services and inspections etc.  
• At least 8 years in Middle East region in similar major RE/ Infrastructure Projects
• Proficiency in English language (spoken and written).

The Real Estate Consultancy Services Contract scope is to provide various Real Estate Services such as design consultancy for concept and detailed design including multidisciplinary design services i.e. Architectural, Civil & Structural, MEP, Fire & Life Safety, Infrastructure & Utilities, Landscaping & Irrigation etc., Project and Construction management services, Construction Supervision and  quality assurance & control, specialist HVAC Consultancy & Advisory Services and HVAC Inspection Services etc. on Call Off service requests basis and as & when sought by the Company to provide requested Call Off services to deliver the services as intended.
