• Liaise and coordinate with all the other appointed consultants including Detailed design Consultant, stakeholders.
• Maintain throughout the development to ensure the vision of the city depicted Masterplan and its development guidelines.
• Providing services for overseeing the developers Construction works for the Client.
• Assist the client in the resolution of any contractual disputes or claims by the developers that may arise during project.
• Review the Contract and Terms of Reference (TOR) and identify all the critical responsibilities of the Client and the developers.
• Provide recommendations ensuring proper documentation and approval processes are followed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience with a Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent relevant degree; experience in the field.
• Minimum 15 years experience in GCC.
• Minimum 10 years experience with similar projects.
• Minimum 10 years experience with similar position.
• Proficiency in English language (spoken and written).
