• Evaluate proposed changes, variations, or modifications to the original plans and specifications including cost.
• Time management 
• Review and evaluate project plans, specifications of the developers in line with the city guidelines.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings of the developers, and contractor to understand their project goals, timelines, and requirements.
• Establish progress reporting modes, frequencies, formats etc. for submission to the client which shall include a well-designed “Dash Board” in liaison with the Client.
• Preparing regular fortnightly and monthly progress reports for the client (Each Developer wise and abstract of whole project), detailing construction milestones, achievements, risks and any potential delays.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent relevant degree; experience in the field.
• Minimum 10 years experience in GCC.
• Minimum 5 years experience with similar projects.
• Minimum 5 years experience with similar position.
• Proficiency in English language (spoken and written).
