• Coordinating with the Client and Other Consultants and obtaining all information necessary for the review and approval of developers design.
• Review and evaluate performance of the contractor/ developers in line with Scope of work
• Review and evaluate project plans, specifications of the developers in line with the city guidelines.
• Provides input on construction sequencing, and logistics to the developers in liaison with the client.
• Regular site visits for supervising the construction activities
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews of the developers and ensure such proposals are in line with the vision of the city and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent relevant degree; experience in the field.
• Minimum 10 years experience in GCC.
• Minimum 10 years experience with similar projects.
• Minimum 10 years experience with similar position.
• Proficiency in English language (spoken and written).
