INSTITUTIONAL SPECIALIST:

• The Institutional Specialist shall provide advice for the management structure of TRC so that it is able to discharge all of its functions with respect to infrastructure, maintenance, train control, and capacity allocation efficiently and effectively.
• He/she shall advise TRC on organization working efficiency in open access to multiple operators on a fair and non-discriminatory basis
• He/she  shall  advise  TRC  on  a  strategy  for  engaging  and  facilitating communications with key stakeholders including LATRA, train operators, port operators and relevant government agencies

Qualification and Experience:

Institutional Specialist shall have a Degree in Public/Business Administration or related and Postgraduate in Corporate Governance. Shall have at least 10 years’ experience in advising on institutional strengthening, including in developing countries. He/she must be able to demonstrate successful restructuring of organizations to meet changing industry circumstances. He/she shall possess good interpersonal and communication skills in English.
