    The Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries in Sultanate of Oman, is currently Implementing several harbour projects to accomplish a comprehensive Fishery Harbour Development Program for fisheries sector. Renardet has been appointed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries for the design and supervision of Masirah Fishery Harbour.

     

  • Description:

    1) Collect available data, review the strategic background to the project, carry out bathymetric surveys, topographic surveys.
    2) Wave data, tide data, current data, sediment transport observations, Environmental Impact Assessment studies, land based infrastructure, buildings, land area requirements and area for future expansion, requirements for ROP, Navy, Coast Guard, Tourism, Marina, Ferry Services, assess hydraulic regime, wave hind casting and long term wave prediction, numerical models, finalize design criteria, carry out preliminary designs of all components, project costing, economic appraisal.
    3) Preliminary and detailed Design of all components, Bill of Quantities, tender documents for construction, tendering stage services, tender analysis contracts.
    4) Supervise the execution of the works and undertake the project management including financial aspects.
