  • Narrative Description of the Project:

    The project was commissioned by Majan Development Company who are planning a medium -sized commercial development on a plot of land in Al Hail area of Muscat. Renardet's role was the traffic impact study and development of a feasible and robust accessibility scheme to concept design level for approval by the Royal Oman Police and Muscat Municipality. The TIA report and concept accessibility design were appreciated by the client and under review by the Royal Oman Police, the outcome of which is pending.
