  • Narrative Description of the Project:

    1) Design and Construction of Lehban - Kehnat Road. Project length is 63.432 kms. Work consists of the improvement of Horizontal and vertical alignments in high cut area. Work consists of huge earth cutting in high area, subgrade and base preperation and bitumin asphalt pavement. The alignment is also passing some wadis and requires a construction of drainage structures such as RC Pipe and box culverts, and Irish crossings. The construction of various protection works and installation of guardrails are also included. 2) Rehabilitation of Al Hijari - Lehban Road project length is 31.542 kms. Work consists of the improvement of Horizontal and vertical alignments, Removal of DST and reconstruction, subgrade preperation, construction of drainage structures such as RC Pipe and box culverts, Irish crossings, construction of various protection works, road markings and signs.

    1) Detailed Topographic Survey
    2) Traffic Study
    3) Perform a hydrology study and hydraulic design to determine the drainage structures
    4) Study alternative alignment through aerial photographs and mapping
    5) Design all necessary structures and other elements
    6) Prepare design report, concept design, preliminary and detailed design, Engineers cost estimate and tender documents
    7) Coordination with concerned authorities to obtain their approval on the design
